Training split

So we have adopted a new training split inline with my recovery to allow me to recovery efficiently sessions to session


Jamie has tailored this to me

we will train majority together but will also have my own split to focus on me


Jase Training

Monday: Am back/pm hamstring
Tuesday: Am chest/pm delts
Wednesday: 1 session… quads
Thursday: Am back/arms
Friday: 1 session Chest/side delt
Saturday: 1 session hamstrings/glutes
Sunday: REST
